RIDE
Indoor cycling in a blacked-out room with a serious sound and light system. Heavy climbs, flat-out sprints, 45 minutes that go faster than you expect. Every bike is set up for you before you start.
SHAPE
Strength and conditioning mixing intervals with functional movement. Weights are yours to choose, so the same class works whether you lift regularly or have not trained in years.
In and out in time for pick-up
Changing rooms stocked with towels, premium toiletries and professional hair dryers. Shower, change, and leave looking like you spent the morning doing something else entirely.
Juice bar & coffee
Fresh smoothies and properly good coffee. Plenty of parents make a morning of it and stay for a coffee with the people they just sweated next to.

Which schools does this cover?
Any school in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Some have their own CRANK page, but your school does not need one for you to claim this.
What if I have never done a spin or strength class?
That is exactly who the free class is for. Our instructors set up every first-timer on the bike or the floor, and you work at your own pace. Nobody is watching you.
I already train at CRANK. Am I left out?
No. Parents who already train with us get 30% off their next purchase instead of the trial. The free class is a welcome for people who have not been before, but the discount is for you too.
Can both parents claim it?
Yes. Each parent gets their own free class and their own discount.
Do I need to go to the studio nearest my school?
No. Credits work across all three CRANK studios, so you can train at whichever is most convenient on the day.
What do I need to bring?
Trainers and something to train in. Cycling shoes, a towel and shower amenities are all provided, and there is a water fountain to refill a bottle.
How long is the discount valid?
Message us and the team will confirm the current window. We would rather tell you straight than have you find out at the till.
