While traveling the world for a living Holly picked up indoor cycling as a means of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Soon enough she handed in her cabin bag for a pair of cleats and there was no looking back. If she isn’t throwing moves on the bike, you’ll find her at the front of house welcoming you with the warmest of smiles.
As a yoga teacher Sara adds new dimensions to our ride sessions focusing on movement and form. This adventure and nature lover is at her happiest when she’s moving, so get ready for a totally immersive experience leaving your worries outside the doors and literally riding your heart out.
A woman with many talents, Halah juggles her time between a corporate job, reviewing books, searching for the city’s best coffee, and pulsing on the bike.
