Your first CRANK

Booked your first class here? This is everything worth knowing before you walk in.

  1. 01

    Arrive 15 minutes early

    Time to meet the team, get your bike set up properly and find your spot without rushing. Latecomers cannot be let into a class once it has started, for everyone’s safety in a dark room.

  2. 02

    What to wear

    Whatever you train comfortably in. Leggings or shorts that are not too loose, and a top you are happy to sweat in.

  3. 03

    Lights and sound

    Our rooms are deliberately dark and loud, with moving lights and some strobe effects. If you are sensitive to flashing lights or sound, tell the team before class and we will look after you.

  4. 04

    Cancelling

    Cancel up to 12 hours before class and your credit comes straight back. Inside 12 hours the credit is used, so the spot can be released fairly.

  5. 05

    No experience needed

    Every class has beginners in it and the instructor will guide you the whole way. Come with an open mind and let the room carry you.
