RIDE is indoor cycling in a blacked-out room with a proper sound and light system: heavy climbs, flat-out sprints, a full-body workout set to music. SHAPE is strength and conditioning, mixing intervals with functional movement. Every class costs one credit from your pack, so you can switch between them however you like.

Do I have to go to one particular studio?
No. Shaikha Fatima Park is your closest, but every CRANK pack works across all three studios: Alserkal Avenue, Town Square and Shaikha Fatima Park.
Do I need experience?
None. Our instructors set up every first-timer on the bike or the floor, and you work at your own level from there.
How do I prove I am from the school?
A school email address or staff ID is easiest. Message us on WhatsApp and the team will sort it in a couple of minutes.
Can I use it with other offers?
The school discount replaces other promotions rather than stacking with them, so you always get the better of the two.
